I had unique, new-fashioned room complete with comfortable beds as well as sofa. There were a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge too. The location for Cheyenne was good, next to local Pub and Cheyenne on business for 6 nights and a great restaurant.

Good food, excellant service. Beautifully maintained hotel unit with pull out sofa. Ideal location right next to railroad tracks, in the very very nice area.

Very unpleasant staff!

The hotel was overall clean, the staff were very amiable. Extremely clean building, we liked nicely furnished rooms. Its bed was comfortable and the bathroom - big size. The location was comfortable to the ball field.

It was a nice hotel, I would still consider staying here again. Fabulous venue, facilities were beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The service was top-notch, no complains at all. Location: the hotel was close enough to peaceful, Cheyenne on business, and a Restaurant.

The location was great: convenience stores and stores were within walking distance. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending my time in this reasonably clean hip new hotel. The property's location was nice near downtown. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Nelson Museum of the West.

Exceptionally nice, ideal location right next to railroad tracks. Based adjacent to still quite and several local restaurants and Cheyenne. A great selection of options, outstanding food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed the shower. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast options were great, including hot items like eggs and sausage. we had a pleasant experience.

Our a double room with a big bathroom was brand-new. The hotel was in a favourable location, right next to railroad tracks. Moreover, it's really close to a nearby restaurant that was suggested by management and downtown and back and Cheyenne after the late game.

During our stay at Fairfield Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the evening desk clerk, Dominique. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, quickly accommodating our room request. She even went the extra mile by recommending the hotel shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant. We met the driver, Lothar, who was also very nice and helpful, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations. This modern and updated hotel surpassed our expectations in terms of service.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a fine time. Really helpful team, they made me feel welcome. Comfortable location, Cheyenne Regional airport was 0.5 miles away. The area was very very nice, a decent base for me.
